1.  ソファーの交換
　元々設置されているものは、ベッドにもなるすぐれものですが、

日本のマンションに合せたサイズとなっています。もともとのソファーはぎりぎりで持ち出せますが、管理人さんにご相談ください。

1. Replacing chandeliers and wall-mounted lighting bulbs

　Since it is a special product made in Italy, please consult with the manager.

Please contact us for bulb replacement. A little less than 1000 yen per piece.

2. Screen door replacement (bathroom / balcony)

　The manager will introduce you to a local sash shop.

3. When the air conditioner breaks

　Since it is old, parts cannot be replaced. It will be exchanged.

It costs just over 400,000 yen for one location. It costs just over 600,000 yen for two locations.

Please consult with the management.

There is one outdoor unit. The sound is so quiet that it's easy to forget to turn it off. Please be careful.

4. Toilet

　If you change to a washlet, it will cost about 50,000 yen. The caretaker will introduce you to a local water supplier.

If you want to replace the entire toilet bowl, call Qracian and they will come to you for a quote. About 120,000 yen ~.

5. Repair of flooring on the balcony side

　There seems to be a case where the wood is a little tattered due to condensation.

The manager will introduce you to a tile repair company. A little less than 100,000 yen.

6. I want to replace the windows on the balcony with one with high heat insulation.

The windows on the balcony are common areas and cannot be replaced without permission.

7. I want to replace the dehumidifier

The manager will introduce you to the installer. It's about 50,000 yen.

In principle, it operates 24 hours a day to prevent condensation.

8. Be careful ( do not drop the breaker when you are away in winter)

The anti-freezing heater is working. Prevents freezing damage to water pipes. It also prevents air conditioner breakdowns.

9. In the absence

You can ask the manager to attend.
